Delegate Gearheart moves to amend the bill on page one, line two, after the words “in the amount of” by striking out the words “$51,800,000 from the Department of Revenue, Office of the Secretary – Revenue Shortfall Reserve Fund, fund 7005, fiscal year 2016, organization 0701” and inserting in lieu thereof the following words: “$4,349,367 from the House of Delegates, fund 0170, fiscal year 2016, organization 2200, in the amount of $14,649,074 from the Senate, fund 0165, fiscal year 2016, organization 2100, in the amount of $8,630,253 from the Joint Expenses, fund 0175, fiscal year 2016, organization 2300, in the amount of $6,075,000 from the Tax Reduction and Federal Funding Increased Compliance (TRAFFIC), fund 0175, fiscal year 2016, appropriation 64200, in the amount of $11,256,529.50 from the Governor’s Civil Contingency Fund, fund 0105, fiscal year 2016, organization 0100, in the amount of $4,325,451.50 from the Department of Education, fund 0313, fiscal year 2016, organization 0402, in the amount of $2,514,325 from the Department of Revenue, Tax Division, fund 0740, fiscal year 2016, organization 0702”,
